I had a 9:30 appointmenton Thursday for once a year checkup. I did not get out of there until 12:15. I was told 21 cars came in at 9 am & 19 cars came in at 9:30. Clearly you have a scheduling issue. The service reps were very nice though. Clearly management needs to address their appointment scheduling. More

I can't say enough. David in the Collision department took over my repair on my 2003 Tundra from another dealership (Matthew Currie Ford in Nokomis) and made my truck lo David in the Collision department took over my repair on my 2003 Tundra from another dealership (Matthew Currie Ford in Nokomis) and made my truck look brand new and there was no need for an total loss of vehicle and new engine. There won't be a next time atvGettel tho! I do not recommend this place. Not friendly, when scheduling or when checking in..They make you feel like an imposition . They never called to tell me what's needed. They didn't call to let me know it was ready, until I called 4 hours later, then call on the other line to say it's ready and they're closing. I wanted new tires. That wasn't done. Quite a few things weren't done. Thank you for your time! More
