My service agent was excellent. I came in days before after being told to come in a Saturday by another agent who then told me they were to busy to take my car in for maintenance. This service agent noticed a nail in one of my tires that was also noticed by the one turning me away. After making an appointment to comeback for service my agent made sure to get new tires that day. It was not about the sale or the time but about my safety that that I’m leaving this review. When I arrived at noon without an appointment, the service staff got started replacing the old part, and I was out of th part I needed was available. Although the dealership was short staffed the day I went, they were able to attend to me and service my car in a timely manner. They even gave me a complimentary car wash upon request!
