Service check in person was rude. I was not asked to sign any paperwork until the work had already been completed. I was also told that my air conditioner filter needed to be replaced, which I agreed to, but no one ever showed me the old one to prove that it needed to be replaced. The person who signed me out was kind and efficient, not the same person who checked me in. Sometime last night I received an email from someone I did not recognize Monica Bailey? In this day and age it is not good for companies to send unsolicited emails, there is a lot of fraud and there are security issues. I did not authorize anyone to take photographs or videos of my car and then send them to me. Not happy about this. I was also told I had to use synthetic oil because that’s what Toyota recommends. Synthetic oil typically allows for 7500 miles of driving, and yet my notice says I’m supposed to come back in far fewer miles (3000?) than that. It’s hard to trust business these days. I understand everybody needs to make money but I’m not sure I would come back to this dealership. More
I would not recommend this dealership. I am not happy with my purchase with this location. Reinaldo promised to have my car fixed. The dealership did a horrible job fixing a minor repair.
