Don’t know why you make appointments if not going to keep them. I arrived on time but was checked in 20 minutes late. Then I had to wait almost 2 hours for a oil and filter change. I was at another Toyota Dealership in Sarasota and was getting the worst service so I drove 35 minutes to Gettel Toyota. I am so glad I did! Christopher Therri signed me in early, and he would seem to be a guy who really loves it work, and it shows. I accepted most of his service recommendations for my 2012 Prius V, and rejected a couple of oth to be a guy who really loves it work, and it shows. I accepted most of his service recommendations for my 2012 Prius V, and rejected a couple of others that I plan to do myself (replace wipers, and air filters). Christopher is a great front man for Gettle Toyota, I bought my car here nine years ago (Toyota Certified Used Car), and the car has provided nothing less than spectacular performance, with minimum service costs. This is the 2nd time out of 2 service appointments Dealership didn't tighten lugnuts on my 2021 Prius and had to bring car in 2 extra times to have lugnuts tightened.
