She discussed the problem I had experienced with my car, invited me to wait, and then kept me informed of the diagnostic procedures being undertaken. As it turned out, no repairs were necessary -- always good news! Joanne was knowledgeable, very responsive, and provided me with the results of the diagnostics. Great Service Continues One week prior to my scheduled service appt, I needed to take an unexpected trip to Atlanta for a funeral.
