On 1-2-12 purchased a used car On 1-03-12 took car to On 1-2-12 purchased a used car On 1-03-12 took car to service due to shudder in transmission On 1-9-12 car fixed at Cadillac and brought back to Ge On 1-2-12 purchased a used car On 1-03-12 took car to service due to shudder in transmission On 1-9-12 car fixed at Cadillac and brought back to Gettel after 5 pm On 1-10-12 car was picked up from Gettel On 1-11-12 called service at Gettel shudder in transmission was still there brought car back in at 9:30 am, at 5 pm service called and confirmed shudder was still there and that they will be putting in a new transmission. but Manager must be involved. On 1-18-12 still waiting for Manager involvement and no transmission has been ordered. If this is how they treat a repeat customer how will they treat You. More

I came into the shop late afternoon, 5:30 p.m., because the call had stalled on me in the supermarket parking lot. Bought a new 2009 Tacoma from Gettel that came with the dealer-installed daytime running lights. The option consists of having the turn signals run continuously. Unfortunately, the light enclosure is not d dealer-installed daytime running lights. The option consists of having the turn signals run continuously. Unfortunately, the light enclosure is not designed to handle that much continuous heat and it is melting from the inside out. When I asked to get the dtrl option turned off and to restore the vehicle to the way Toyota designed it I found they want $90-100 to fix the problems caused by an option they charged me $40 for in the first place. If I have to pay 2-1/2 times the the original price to fix a problem caused by GettelI am definitely not going to let Gettel have the money. I don't think I will ever set foot on that lot again. Buyer beware, they do not stand behind what they sell. More
