I gave you 5 stars because of the exceptional service I received from Erik Grenesko, the Body Shop Manager. He took a bad situation and turned it around. I brought my car in on May 9th to have a tail li received from Erik Grenesko, the Body Shop Manager. He took a bad situation and turned it around. I brought my car in on May 9th to have a tail light replaced due to an accident. On May 31st not only was my car not ready; but the insurance company would no longer pay for the rental, they said it ridiculous that my car was not ready. I never received any calls regarding the status of my car. When I called I was always transferred to Bob’s voicemail.The representative from the insurance company stated he experienced the same thing when he called. When I finally got in contact with Bob it was on Friday May 31st towards the end of day. He was in the process of leaving. If I had not called Bob he would have left me without transportation because I had to return the rental. He said he would have to tape my bumper. I arrived at the shop, my car had a bright Orange tape , in addition they unplugged my light to the tail light on the other side which was working when I brought my car to the shop on May 9th. I felt my car was unsafe to drive at night. I thank God for Erik. Once he stepped in everything turned around. I felt safe because I was provided with a loaner. Thank you Erik! More

I can’t explain it but, I always feel safe bringing my car for service here. Yes, dealerships usually charge more and that usually makes customers want to not come to dealership for service.
