I am perturbed by the fact that everything I come in for service, I hear punctured tire, non-repairable. The person who checked out before me also had this problem. I had this problem. I walk into the waiting area where a customer is being explained that there was a tire puncture and it was non-repairable. What is the likelihood that this happens each time I am in the service area? The service center is comfortable. There’s a tv and plenty of places to sit. Restrooms were very clean.
