On April 22 I had an oil change done in my car. At that time I was informed by Christopher that I need 4new tires. I requested a quote which I received for the tires and an alignment. I schedule my car for the service for April 29 at 7:15am. Meanwhile I went to another dealership to get a quote so I could compare prices. That dealership informed me that the quote Christopher gave me was not for the correct tires for my car. On April 22, I went back your dealership and spoke with Christopher who confirmed that the quote he previously gave me was in fact the incorrect tires. He then presented me with a new quote that was almost $100 more and said my appointment time would have to be moved to 10-10:30 to allow time for the delivery of the tires. When I questioned about the increase he said he would see what he could do about maybe getting me a coupon but that the computer made the mistake. On April 29 I arrived at the dealership at approximately 10:15 am. I was greeted by Christopher who was not going to do anything about the increase of the price until I told him I was not going to have the service done and I would take my business elsewhere. At that time he did adjust the price to just a little over the original quote. I then agreed to have the service done. At that time, he told me it would take about 2 hours. My car was completed at about 2:15 pm. That was 4 hours that I waited at the dealership. Several times I was told that it would be just a little longer! Very frustrating and very disappointed😡. My husband bought a new truck there in 2017 and I bought my car in 2018. We have had all of our service on both vehicles completed there. I am certainly having second thoughts regarding the future.
