Had an appt for tire rotation. Said ahead that I'd wait. (Covered under tire warranty). Process for dropping car off is poor. No one there for several minutes. Prior to that it was welcoming and immediate. Then I waited over 90 minutes for the tire rotation. No one talked to me so I finally went up to Steve's desk. My paperwork was there in the printer. Not sure how long it had been there. Perhaps it had just printed. At any rate, it was a longer wait than I'd anticipated. I did appreciate the car wash. My biggest concern is with the actual arrival/drop off procedure. More

I came in for an oil change and left with a bill of over $100, even with a coupon. In addition to the $75 oil change, the receipt said I requested rotation of my tires. I did not request that as I didn't think I needed one. Christopher did ask me if I wanted the car washed and I said yes. It was not washed, although at least I did not get charged for it. I also object to the 3% charge for my paying with a credit card, something I thought used to be illegal. I would have said I'd just be sure to make my next appointment with Monica but considering the 3%, I might just find somewhere else to have my oil changes done. More
