The service agent was rude and shallow. He wasn't busy and there wasn't anybody ahead of me. I walk up to his desk and he told me to wait in my car that was there already for 20 minutes. I told him that sitting in my car was hot and the xxx told me to turn the A/C on. He told me that my car would take 1hr to 1 1/2 before the car would be ready for a 15k Mileage checkup. The car was ready in 45 minutes. My car was just sitting in the bay and he made every excuse in the book on why he didn't come to the table to let me know my car was ready. This place sucks. More
