Our service rep Chris was great! ! He got us right in, serviced and done! Quite a different experience from last time where I sat outside for 40 minutes before I was seen!! Put a clip ! I was sitting right in front of the window! Chris came out did the paperwork and got us seated in the waiting area. My husband’s was in for an undercoat so that took longer. From scheduling to service, it was fair, at best. It is near impossible to get thru on the phone, and the person who scheduled didn't know that they don't do car detailing.
