I have leased car with 2,000 miles. Got mail in tire said they couldn’t plug it…cost me $170 + to replace tire. Robert was great but I felt sorry that he knew how frustrated I was and none of the problems was his fault , I could have worked that day and made over $200 !! Your dealership has gone down the drain…wish I had listened and went to another place to lease a car because of Toyotas chip problems it is obvious you are struggling and cannot provide customer quality services!!
