I don't like to complain but last couple services and sales experience have been terrible. Tires were rotated to random positions instead of standard pattern, chassis cross member was covered in oil, d sales experience have been terrible. Then when I called them out on it they told me to go elsewhere, which I did and bought a truck at another dealer. More

3 hours is way too long for an oil change and tire rotation. I even had an appointment. They also came out with a list of things that needed to be done with my vehicle, some of which I had done in t rotation. I even had an appointment. Rental car and insurance not kept in the loop. I received numerous phone calls for payment on rental because they didn’t know if I still had the car or not because insurance wasn’t updated.
