Needed to trade my 2023 Tacoma for a vehicle more suitable for Uber driving. Salesman, John Arrighi, was 100% professional, personable and fair, as was loan officer, Luxor - efficient, professional and friendly. Great experience over all. And, while I needed to extend the loan period (because the loan on my Tacoma only had two years left to go), my monthly payment is now actually lower than it was before the trade. I’d definitely recommend Gettel Toyota to anyone looking to buy a new or used vehicle. More

This is my second purchase in less than 2 years from this Toyota dealership with the same salesperson. . Although I can choose from several Toyota dealers closer to me, I highly value great customers service Toyota dealership with the same salesperson. . Although I can choose from several Toyota dealers closer to me, I highly value great customers service and a staff that is ready to assist in all aspect of the buying process. Our salesperson, Murray, was great in eliminating any concerns/questions. Straight to the point and when required was my biggest advocate when it involved the sales manager. More often than not what most dealership practice is "lip service". Safe to say it's quite refreshing when a dealership, like Gettel Toyota actually delivers...both in price and customer service!
