Went in for an oil change and rotation at 30k , was told that I was out of warranty at 25k. Left it to get oil change anyway. Went home called the Toyota co. Customer service, nice woman there looked m that I was out of warranty at 25k. Left it to get oil change anyway. Went home called the Toyota co. Customer service, nice woman there looked my car up and as I told service manager Mike. That I did have coverage for another 20k with 2 oil changes and 4 rotations. Called dealership in fort myers where I purchased. They told me it was right on computer for anyone to see. After leaving voice message and send an email. When I went back he realized he was not correct. I got over it. When I was driving out of dealership. Beeping in my car. The good was not even closed. Don’t waste my time going back in and wasting more time there. 3 services. Two of them with same service manager or whatever they are, not real thrilled with the service 2 of the 3 times there. But since your close to home and all dealerships take care of warranty work, which Mike told me in the beginning to call fort myers and see if I bought some special service contract off them.
