We drove twenty miles North to check out another Toyota dealer. It was late on Friday night when I called the internet rep , Victoria and told her we were on our way. Dan was waiting outside for us! He showed us several cars, but they weren't the model we were looking for. One was on the lot, but not prepped for sale but it was what we were looking for. After our negotiations, we were satisfied with the price and the vehicle and the friendliness of all the Palm Toyota employees. We are glad we bought our new Toyota from Palm . More

Salesperson Mike Watts was very professional, polite, and friendly. He provided good information over the phone and held a car for us to come and purchase.
