incompetent service department I want to state that this review is only for their service department. Their sales team was actually very pleasant to deal with, i raved and ranted ab I want to state that this review is only for their service department. Their sales team was actually very pleasant to deal with, i raved and ranted about how great they were. I however am in the process of having been taken advantage of by their service department. I took my vehicle in to have a weatherstrip around the door fixed, after taking it home i noticed a lot of wind noise that had not been there before...i figured that maybe i was being too picky and over reacting, so i gave it a few days. On the 3rd day it rained and the water simply leaked in through the door...at this point i figured id take it back. My wife also noticed that the door was sagging and not closing right. I figured that these "nice" people would fix it, i took it back in and they called me about an hr later saying everything was fixed. As i got in the car i noticed greasy smudge marks on my car ceiling that they were too unprofessional to avoid or notice to clean. Ive taken the car in a total of 4 times now and nothing has been fixed. The "service" manager, Gerry, took a drive with me in the car and pretended not to hear any noise...after a few minutes he heard the noise and they said theyd fix it. I again left it to them...a few hrs later he calls me and tries to blame me for their mistake, after letting them know that my car was not this way when i took it in he said he would check with his gm/dm to see what he'd approve fixing. I am waiting to hear back from him since Monday June 6th it is now Thursday night, june 9th, and have not heard back from him, ive called and my calls have been avoided. Ghent went from having a potential loyal customer to someone who has lost trust in them, and they have single handedly made us despise driving our 1 yr old car that leaks when it rains or taken to the car wash, and it almost sounds the same with the windows up & down! Ill post on here again to update on what they do to make this right, lets see if they really keep their word, so far nothing.....so disappointing. More

VERY, VERY Upset with this deal., After 4 hours of waiting we finally reached a deal, They had us sign a sheet of paper that we doodled numbers on for the final out the door price, the After 4 hours of waiting we finally reached a deal, They had us sign a sheet of paper that we doodled numbers on for the final out the door price, then we went in and finished the paper work, we should have known something was wrong as fast as they was talking to finish, we got home and realized they didn't give us the out the door price we agreed on they added dealer fees tax and registration fees this added up to 1,900. 99 and they also didn't honor their verbal commitment to fix some problems we found during the walk around and test drive. When we went back, we talked about it with Mr. F the man who reached the out the door price with us, he did nothing to listen to our side and talked over us every time we tried to say something, We asked him to get the paper my wife signed to prove it to him, it just happened to "disappear" and he said he didn't know what we were talking about. He said we negotiated an out the door monthly payment price, I laughed and said, "I didn't know he had power over the Banks to make up his own payment plans, He then got mad and yelled at us saying he wasn't going to sit there and have his integrity questioned and stormed off. When we walked out of the office everyone was looking at us due to his loud yell. I have to say that you are a car salesman, I found an error, so yes Mr F I am calling in your integrity. And being that my wife and I are ex military, I have to say that we have had high level officers treat us with more RESPECT than what this car salesman had, and do to this they have lost at least 4 new car sales from friends and family members who at the time were also looking for vehicles! More

Worst service in Weld County!!! Managers very sexist I bought a used vehicle from Ghent with their promise of fixing my sunroof and speakers, with a car to use. My car was taken to Denver to be fixed on my cost's of fuel and mileage. When I asked to be refunded, I was rudely informed that they did not owe me any reimbursement. When dealing with two managers, I was treated as if I was a stupid female and was wasting their time. I was not reimbursed for any costs. I was lied to about where my car was. I had to bring it back two times to tell them what needed to be fixed on a WE OWE YOU. The worst service I have ever experienced in my life and felt abused by both managers!!! More
