Arrived for appointment on March 23, 2022 for a partial 60,000 needing only cabin filter, brake fluid change, undercarriage steering inspection and a continuous engine shutter and idoling problem. The oil 60,000 needing only cabin filter, brake fluid change, undercarriage steering inspection and a continuous engine shutter and idoling problem. The oil change was not due for another 2,000 miles. The technician said I needed an oil change and my car was totally unsafe to drive because of the brakes. “Brake petal goes all the way to the floor. No leaks detected.” That is a lie! My brake petal has never touched the floorboard. It stops just after the accelerator petal. No inspection was noted about the undercarriage inspection. Lies, greed, deception, intimidation are not going to work. My car was found by me parked away from the dealership. I was not notified they had done that by the service department. I will not be back. More
