Brought Van in because of noise, they stated it was rack and pinion, brakes, paid price plus 2 days rental. Got van back noise still there. Took backthey had 6 hours stated that they heard the noise but cou and pinion, brakes, paid price plus 2 days rental. Got van back noise still there. Honesty and customer dedication reaps the reward of devoted returning customers. Mike is this magnet. I live in El Portal, CA., just outside Yosemite Nat'l Pk, with a 1 Hour 50 minute 90 mile drive ONE WAY. I will never take my car anywhere else for service, as long as Mike is there. He is the main reason so many faithful customers continue to return. I have talked to other customers while waiting and they all say the same thing. I really appreciate the way Mike accommodates our service needs. We purchased a new Ram diesel in 2009 and had it serviced at our local dealership. In fact we were so satisfied with the great service it helped us to decide on our new car we purchased this year. We bought a new Dodge Durango and are very satisfied with it. Just had our first service completed on it a the Madera dealership. It is worth the drive out of town to have both our Dodges serviced in Madera. Keep up the good work! More
