Does not respect repetitive customer with 6 years loyalty On 7/3/20 I went to Gilland Chevrolet GMC in Ozark AL to my 8th vehicle in 6 yrs from Gilland’s. I was going to purchase a 2020 GMC 1500 but, when we On 7/3/20 I went to Gilland Chevrolet GMC in Ozark AL to my 8th vehicle in 6 yrs from Gilland’s. I was going to purchase a 2020 GMC 1500 but, when we started doing the paperwork they would only offer 12K for 2018 Ford I bought from Gilland a year earlier for 19K and NADA list trade between $16325 – 17375. They refused to negotiate the price at all! I do not know if Gilland GMC is under new management or not but, it was not the same attitude I dealt with before. I would not recommend this dealership anymore giving them recommendations for over 6 years. When to Dodge and bought a RAM! More
