I inquired about a new vehicle this dealership was selling. They clearly listed the price online. However, when I spoke to a sales manager there they told me the car was currently being bid and righ selling. They clearly listed the price online. However, when I spoke to a sales manager there they told me the car was currently being bid and right now the highest bidder was $20k above the list price. At this point I was not interested at all for a few reasons. Cars are terrible investments, losing value the moment you buy them, so why spend 50% more than the MSRP? Secondly, the dealership had a price listed and people have offered to buy it but they're holding out to be greedy corporate pigs. That's not even the best part though. I was then reached out to a 2nd time by another sales rep a few days later. I chatted with him and he confirmed the car had offers above the list price but only in the 11-12k range. Which means the original sales rep lied to me about how much the car was going for. Just another reason to not trust these folks. Do not shop with this dealership. More

I went to the dealership after work and inspected the vehicle, finding that it was a great fit. I told the salesman to move forward with the vehicle purchase, and that I would be pursuing outside financing. The salesman hinted that he had already taken money off the table in the form of vehicle protection plans and that I needed to go with Honda financing for him to get something back. I told him that wasn't my problem, and that was I was there to get the best deal possible. We moved into closing with finance and were almost done when our finance manager was called away. While he was gone, the salesman came back and again hinted not so subtlely that I need to go with Honda financing. When the finance manager came back, he asked me if the salesman had ever told me I would not be able to purchase the car without Honda financing. I stated that he had not, and then proceeded to show him the string of text messages he had with my wife, none of which said anything of the sort. The manager stated he believed me, but he was being overruled, and that unless I went with Honda financing, the car would not be sold to me. I believe this practice to be very unethical on the dealer's part, and an outright lie on the salesman's part. I am someone who deeply values transparency, and this was not it. I went ahead and purchased the vehicle because it was a good fit, but I'll never be back. More

I had a terrible terrible experience with this dealer while I took my car to service. They did a very expensive repair, but it did not last more than week. Now they are not willing to take responsibility while I took my car to service. They did a very expensive repair, but it did not last more than week. Now they are not willing to take responsibility of their mis-diagnostics and un necessary works. The service workers either do not know what they are doing or do sloppy works. While raising the concern to managements, they are little to no helps. Taking this to BBB and others where I found numerous complaints against this dealership. I wish I did some research about this service center before I go at a first end. More
