I have been driving a 2006 CRV for a while and was regularly bringing it to this dealership for service. I ran into some minor engine troubles that I will repair, but my wife and I decided to purchase regularly bringing it to this dealership for service. I ran into some minor engine troubles that I will repair, but my wife and I decided to purchase a newer car in the meantime. Upon calling Gillman Honda, they immediately recognized me and ask how they could be of service. Upon telling them that I found a car in their lot that I was interested in, they jumped into action, verified the car was available and told me that they would place it in the shade in their VIP spot. I was treated like someone of great importance from the moment I made that phone call and it was the same type of energy through the entire transaction. The salesman TJ was very respectful to me and my wife and treated both of us as someone who knew something about cars.I honestly could not have dreamed of better service. Just as an FYI, I have gotten the same type of respect and service whether I’m purchasing parts in the repair shop or getting my car serviced. I can’t speak for all Honda dealers, but this one has gained my loyalty and trust. More
