Once inside he would go over the finances, working his way to a most agreeable monthly payment. He explained everything without rushing and with no vagueness. As thorough as he was TJ would also re-explain certain aspects if knew I had come short of understanding. We came in with near dead phone batteries and TJ was kind enough to fast-charge them for a brief time. Our financial associate, Tony, was just as friendly. He, too, led us through the details of coverage and other documents with little to no need for questioning. Tony presented us options that we would consider a need and nothing extra. This is my fourth car in my lifetime and this has been byfar the most pleasant and worthwhile trips to a car lot.
