Bill did an excellent job of contacting me quickly after I sent a request via internet. He gave me a quote, followed through with a phone call to get more details from me as to what I wanted in a Murano. I sent a request via internet. When he told me that the car he had at the dealership had a dark interior (and my 1st preference was light colored interior) he made arrangements to get the 'right' car for me within 24 hours. My Murano was waiting for me when I got to the dealership on Monday morning. He did a very nice job working with my husband and me to work out all of the little details and I drove it home yesterday afternoon.
