My jeep had a recall, although it took over 2 months and communication lacked at first, all employees were kind and receptive to the huge inconvenience of being without my car. I would’ve given more stars- communication lacked at first, all employees were kind and receptive to the huge inconvenience of being without my car. I would’ve given more stars- the only thing holding me back was the fact that the rental car they gave me was a Dodge Ram truck! As a commuter, I spent over 130 dollars a week on gas!! And was not offered any compensation for that additional inconvenience More
Will NOT use this business again. Was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Service is terrible since the new ownership took over. Needed to get keys reprogrammed. Was told that they would be able to get me a over 15 minutes. Service is terrible since the new ownership took over. Needed to get keys reprogrammed. Was told that they would be able to get me an appointment in two weeks. I scheduled the appointment thinking that was the best I could do at the moment. Ended up going over to the Watsonville dealership instead. They answered the phone within 30 seconds, and had me on my way four days earlier for $100.00 less than the Gilroy dealership. The Watsonville dealership is much more friendly and on the ball. I would give them a five star rating. If I could give the Gilroy dealership a rating of less than one star, I would. More
