I left my truck overnight for diagnostics. I did explain, electrical cooling fan has not been running for several days and the cooling temperature keeps rising above 230 degrees while idling. I did explain, electrical cooling fan has not been running for several days and the cooling temperature keeps rising above 230 degrees while idling. I asked...Please check the cooling fan. The next day, I was contacted by the service department and was told the vehicle did not run hot when tested in their shop. I asked if the electrical cooling fan was tested. I was told it did not get hot enough to activate the electrical cooling fan. I am frustrated because the service advisor did not listen and I wasted time leaving my vehicle overnight. I did take my vehicle to another shop and they tested and confirmed the electrical cooling fan motor was defective. The other shop tested and replaced the defective cooling fan within four hours.
