Do Not Get Serviced By Dealership. My brand new car overheated in August the first time. They allegedly fixed the issue. It overheated in September again and here it is now October and My brand new car overheated in August the first time. They allegedly fixed the issue. It overheated in September again and here it is now October and they still have my car. They have not even tried to reach out to communicate. Everytime I call I get the run around. Neither times have I even received a loaner car so I’m paying out of pocket to get around. More

We were in the market for a electric vehicle and decided on the Wrangler Sahara 4xe and went back and forth with Ginn Jeep and another dealer on a lease and Ginn beat the other dealers deal by $1400 so we c on the Wrangler Sahara 4xe and went back and forth with Ginn Jeep and another dealer on a lease and Ginn beat the other dealers deal by $1400 so we closed and I flew in to take delivery as we live in N Florida. We worked initially with Jimmy Bramblett in sales who handled everything on point and also worked with JD Owens who handled the delivery due to Mr. Jimmy being on vaca the day I took delivery. We were so impressed when I got home that I immediately contacted JD the next day and we leased another Wrangler 4xe that I picked up the next week and as fate would have it Mr. Jimmy handled the delivery since JD was off the day I took delivery. We are SO IMPRESSED with our new SUV daughters Kaylee and Katniss yes we name our vehicles lol as well as how seamless Mr. Jimmy and JD took care of us from start to finish. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND you give these gentlemen an opportunity to earn your business and at least give them the final shot on a deal you can let them beat as they will we can attest to that and will also continue to give them opportunities on our future auto needs as well as referring family/friends on theirs as well!!! More
