I had to search for someone to help first off. Then the service lady said that she has one person in front of me, and it should only take a hour. 2 hrs and 15 min later, my truck was pulled up front suggesting that it was done. I walked around for a additional 15 min trying to find someone so I could pay and get out. Not to mention it was 76 dollars for a simple (non diesel) oil change. And they didn’t even top off any other fluids. (Washer fluid) . I’d just as soon drive a half hour and go to a different dealership. I originally tried to buy from them. But after a test drive one of the roided out salesman said he wasn’t going to return my keys. He advised me he wanted me to take the truck overnight. Not even the truck I wanted. I wanted a 2019 new limited, they truck he let me test drive was a tradesman. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I have only had it serviced here for the past 6 years and have been VERY pleased. In the last year the service has steadily gone downhill. My past two visits, for prepaid oil change and tire rotation, they tried to get me to purchase an additional service. On my most recent visit, for a leak in my tire, I was told there was NO way to patch it because I had out fix a flat in it and I would have to purchase a new tire. On further investigation and after talking with mechanic, Cody, they decided they could try to fix my tire first. Low and behold, they were able to patch it and I saved about $180! When he called to let me know the "good news" he explained he had forgotten to let the mechanics know I need my wiper blade replaced, which I requested, but they could TRY together it done before I came to pick up my vehicle. (They were able to get in replaced before I picked up my vehicle.) On another visit, for the same service, they called me midway through and told me my Jeep needed ALL NEW LUG NUTS. EVERY SINGLE ONE needed to be replaced at a cost of about $300. Needless to say, I declined and knock on wood, have been driving without the loss of any lug nuts. As I said, we used to have excellent service: both customer and mechanic wise. But I will be going elsewhere for any future service and will not purchase my next Jeep here. When you spend $40,000 on a vehicle, you expect better, at least I do! More
DO NOT USE GLADSTONE DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP!!! We have had 2 different issues in a 3 month time period. The most recent involved an oil change. We had greasy fingerprints on our glove box and the We have had 2 different issues in a 3 month time period. The most recent involved an oil change. We had greasy fingerprints on our glove box and the air conditioning vents along with grease on the outside of the vehicle. They told us that they check our brakes and were checking to see if we had a key for locking lug nuts but that does not explain the vents in the car. Furthermore, in March we brought the car in for an intermittent start issue. They told us it was the crank position sensor. We told them that we just replaced it. They immediately jumped into that we did not use original equipment parts and that we needed to have them put in the proper crank position sensor at a cost of $1,100. They would not guarantee that this would fix the problem and that additional things may need to be done but this was the place to start. There was not a code for the crank sensor in the computer. I did some research online and they recommended changing the relay control module (OE price online was $240), changed it myself and the problem went away. When I called and complained, I talked to Brandon. He brought up about the price and the quote. We received a quote over the phone and even called a second time to verify the price which they quoted it twice. They did honor the price, but told us that this was not our first oil change because the car had 44,000 miles on it and we should know the price was a lot higher than the $60 quoted. For the record, we purchased the car with 41,000 miles on it and this was our first oil change. If this is their definition of good service (expecting the customer to know what things cost), I recommend going elsewhere. I have always been told that if a mechanic does not know what is the problem you replace the cheapest thing first. Here it looks like they want to replace the most expensive thing first to milk you for more money. More
There when I needed them! I took my Ram 3500 in for some recall work and to have a problem with the backup direction lines on the rearview video corrected. They took care of it I took my Ram 3500 in for some recall work and to have a problem with the backup direction lines on the rearview video corrected. They took care of it forme very quickly, which was especially nice because I got the recall notice just days before I was to haul an 8 ton trailer 1000 miles. More

Diagnostic fee $500 Took my 2004 jeep into the service center to see how much it would cost to replace my water pump for windshield , one window motor, my wiring to my dr Took my 2004 jeep into the service center to see how much it would cost to replace my water pump for windshield , one window motor, my wiring to my driver door lock/window control and to check oil leak. The bid came to $3,200+ so I took what they gave me that said needed fix to another shop and they gave me a bid for $1800 for same thing at KC Auto. When I went to pick my jeep up to take to KC the Diagnostic charge was $500! When Kc auto did the work one of the seals they said needed replaced wasn't leaking and looked to be fine and didn't need done, saved me a lot not having to pay for that. My jeep is back and no leaks on my drive and everything fixed. Not happy with my service at Gladstone Dodge More

The waiting room was filthy, it took 2+ hours, even though there was only one person ahead of me, and staff acted quite unexcited for me to be there. Let’s talk about that waiting room: food trash left from previous customers, stained, filthy chairs, blaring tv, and in general, floors and tables that looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a week.
