Horrible Service Very few parts in stock. Did not even have the tires in stock. Dropped off on a Saturday morning, promised by end of following week; ten days later th Very few parts in stock. With the car being a Chrysler product I would think they would be able to service. I would not recommend this service center. More

They gave us priority treatment and work was excellent. My son and I were on our way from Arizona to Illinois when we experienced transmission trouble. We were able to drive to Gladstone at 7:00AM. We explained the transmission problem and that we had to get to Illinois as quickly as possible. Mike assigned our van to a technician rught away even though we hadn't an appointment scheduled. He understood the circumstances and went out of his way to be helpful. It was a five hour job to make the repairs and Mike had us back on the road by lunchtime. We couldn't have anticipated such great service on a moments notice. GREAT JOB Mike and crew! More

Competent and friendly service. I had repairs done on the third truck I have purchased from Gladstone Dodge over the years. All maintenance for those vehicles was done by Gladstone Dodge unless I was out of town when I needed something. For me their friendliness in the showroom when you buy a vehicle and continues to the service department when the vehicle needs serviced or repaired. When I have needed repairs I have always been informed of what is necessary, the cost, and the approximate time for the repair. I continue to be impressed by the competence and friendliness of the people in the service department. Why would I want to go anyplace else? More

I didnt buy my car there and it was a recall so it was of no cost to me. Yet they treated me as if i was in there spending a million dollars. Just really great service. Expresses nothing but attitude and belittles the customer knowledge on their own vehicle and Company they invest their money in. Their prices are marked way up, along with the lack of resolving any one issue I had in particular. They always blame the electronics 4 things not processing properly but yet never fixed it. They gave me the run around and got me for more than I like to say. Took my car 30 minutes south and have the best experience of my life at Reed's dealership and Kansas City Kansas. Prices were the same as what they are supposed to be nationally Rachel was not there did not talk back to any customer and resolved any and all issues I actually expressed. Do not take your vehicle 2 Gladstone Dodge and Chrysler. You will end up meeting Rachel and quickly realize you made a mistake. Spend the extra 1/8th of a tank to get real quality service a little further south. More
