"S" is for Subaru's Safety and Stellar Service This review is regarding the Subaru Service department. Sam Simkins was my service advisor on a recent visit. This young man is genuinely kind and p This review is regarding the Subaru Service department. Sam Simkins was my service advisor on a recent visit. This young man is genuinely kind and polite. The state inspection and oil / filter change were completed in pretty much the time frame he specified (actually 15 minutes sooner). Sam went over the inspection report with me--item by item, in terms I could understand. On one point, he wanted a bit of further clarification from the technician, so he took the time to call the technician to get the information he needed. I know nothing about cars other than that it is necessary to get the maintenance checks as specified. So I have to feel a trust in the service advisor, and I knew instinctively that Sam was giving me accurate and pertinent information. Glanzmann Subaru's service department gives me the confidence that my car is safe for me and for others on the road. Thank you so much Sam, and thank you Glanzmann Subaru! By the way, my 3-year old Subaru passed inspection with flying colors. Feels so smooth on the road! More
