Excellent Service! As a first time customer I was skeptical of bringing my 2018 WRX in for a routine checkup/lube. I called to make an appt and was impressed that I didn As a first time customer I was skeptical of bringing my 2018 WRX in for a routine checkup/lube. I called to make an appt and was impressed that I didn’t need an appointment and could bring it right in to what’s referred to as their “Express” service. After having a plesent exchange with Allison when checking in my car in, I stepped in to the waiting area and made myself a fresh cup of coffee (free of charge!) before my coffee was at temperature to drink she tells me my car is ready..... I was absolutely amazed! Allison then showed me a checklist of all the components of my vehicle and assured me my car was in good condition for a trip I was planning for Vermont. She went above and beyond my expectations by getting my car so quickly and I absolutely plan on coming to this dealership again considering the place I bought the vehicle is too far away to get to and Glanzmann is only a stones throw away from my place of work. I’ll be back! More
