Vehicle Service I scheduled my 2011 Forester for service and had to cancel not once but twice. The service rep was very helpful. He worked with me to reschedule for t I scheduled my 2011 Forester for service and had to cancel not once but twice. The service rep was very helpful. He worked with me to reschedule for the third time, my appointment. The day of the service, he was welcoming and whne the sevice was completed he explained in detail what service was performed. I look forward to working with Dan Geist in the future to keep my Forester running at its best. More

Very pleased. I brought my car in for an oil change, the service writer Emily told me it would take about 50 minutes. It took 15 minutes and they washed my car whe I brought my car in for an oil change, the service writer Emily told me it would take about 50 minutes. Glanzman To the Rescue My purse was stolen and in my purse was my valet key as well as credit cards, checks, driver's license and house key. It was a nightmare. But the best My purse was stolen and in my purse was my valet key as well as credit cards, checks, driver's license and house key. It was a nightmare. But the best moment was learning that my valet key could be deactivated and my other key reprogrammed. The help I received as well as the sympathy made my week! More

Quick and thorough visit I went in to change my oil and knew I had a problem with my tire. They found two nails in both rear tires, as well as replaced my air filter.
