Kyle was my service advisor, he was very professional even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash even though it took about four weeks of back and forth. He did not make me feel like I was just complaining, because twice all the lights on the dash went off a block before I pulled up into the shop. My problem was the engine light, brake light, cruise control light, and traction control light kept coming on and staying on for days. Kyle kept me updated with things they where looking into, not taking down, put explaining things to me.for four weeks. At the end it was the Oil Control Vale that was replaced. And the overall cost was not to bad. I would take my car back to Kyle and the mechanic he works with. If you want someone to work with you to locate the problem…. Chris was awesome during my Outback's service and inspection. When dropping off my car I accidentally left my key in the wrong spot, which resulted in a delay getting the service started. Despite this totally being my fault, Chris was pleasant and professional, plus went out of his way to get my car finished quickly as soon as he realized what had happened. I've worked in customer service and really appreciate the dedication it takes to roll with customer mistakes and still maintain a genuine positive attitude. Chris definitely has that! George at the service desk was wonderful! I was hearing a peculiar metallic sound ... pulled into the driveway, he knew exactly what it was, “heat shield”. First, Glanzmann Subaru allows me to make appointments online so I can select a time that fits my schedule and reserve a loaner car. Having the loaner car not only keeps me mobile, but also allows the service department some schedule flexibility in working on the car if they discover anything unforeseen. Chris@Glanzmann is courteous, thorough, pro-active, and collaborative regarding the service. He reviewed the past, current, and upcoming maintenance and helped me revise the initial work request to maximize the work performed while my car was “out of service”. This allowed me to pull in some future planned maintenance and defer other work to keep the car in excellent condition while respecting my schedule and pocketbook. More
