Follow up visit to purchase of used vehicle I visited the service department to pick up a second key & fob, since my used 2011 Forester car only came with one. I had been told I would have to pu I visited the service department to pick up a second key & fob, since my used 2011 Forester car only came with one. I had been told I would have to purchase these items. When I arrived my salesman told me he had found at the fob, so I would only have to pay for the key and programming. I mentioned that the rear wiper blade didn't seem new as represented. When they completed the work, there was no charge for the key/fob/programming or the replacement wiper blade. The service desk was very friendly and the waiting room pleasant. I am very happy with the treatment I received. More

He is competent, and knowledgeable, and takes the extra step to be sure your experience is good. Tonight was a perfect example. I brought my car in for an oil change and mentioned that a concrete block had fallen or been dropped on my car. The roof had a huge dent and was staring to rust. I asked what to do. Next thing I knew he was calling the "detail " guys to see if they could patch it up. Sure enough they patched the roof of the car as well as the lid of the trunk! And, hey, the waiting room is clean, pleasant and they have a basket of great snacks. More
