I thoroughly enjoyed my 2009 Elantra, gas mileage was great and I know I will enjoy my 2011 even more, since the mileage is even better and I have Bluetooth and other features that the other didn't. I expecially like the way the dashboard is set up and that I have most of my controls at my fingertip on the steering wheel. My wife has been looking for a car so we thought we would visit Glenn Auto Mall to look at the new and used Hyundai's and Nissian's. We pulled into the lot and was met by Greg Elliott. My wife told him that she really didn't know what we wanted but would like to look at the used and new cars. He asked what was important to her and proceeded to show us cars that she might like. A red 2011 Hyundai Elantra had everything that she wanted so we test drove it. My wife did not want to make any decision that day so we left after Greg gave us his card. My wife decided to take our daughter back the next day to look at the new Hyundai's but also some used Nissians. Greg met us and proceeded to show my wife and daughter other cars but they soon decided on the 2011 Hyundai Elantra. Greg was very open and did not pressure us at all which made the whole experience enjoyable. That is not a word that I or my wife thought we would ever use to describe buying a car. Greg showed the type of salesman he really is when after we bought the car he did everything he promised and more. He knew my wife was going to be driving the car so he made sure that she knew everything about the car. Rich was very very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted as far as car and trade-in value. The only thing that I could even possibly consider complaining about would be the color choices of the cars, wanted as far as car and trade-in value. We just purchased a 2011 Hyundai Elantra Limited at Glenn Auto Mall and could not be happier. Our sales person, Rich Cariel, was very personable as well as extremely knowledgeable about the car. We had a trade-in vehicle and were prepared to haggle over the value of that as well as the price of the new car. Much to our surprise and delight, we were offered a fair price for our trade right off the bat - no low ball offer to put us in a defensive position. We were also offered a discount off the sticker price without us having to negotiate that. As soon as we agreed to the deal, one of the managers came by to thank us for our business and to congratulate us on our purchase. We completed the financing application and were approved very quickly. The time in the business office was very fast as well - several forms were prepared and executed in mere minutes. In well under 2 hours, we had test-driven the vehicle, agreed on pricing and financing terms and completed the purchase. The only delay was in having the car detailed. Rich insisted that when you spend money on a new car, it should be pristine. It was a busy Saturday at the dealership, so we had to wait a few extra minutes for the car to get "spiffed up." During that time, Rich went over some of the key features of the car including the warranty coverages as well as the various owner's manuals. Once the car was pulled around, Rich helped us pair our cell phone with the blue tooth in the car and demonstrated how to use the XM satellite radio and navigation system. Everyone at Glenn was so very friendly. We will whole-heartedly recommend this dealership and Rich Cariel to friends and family in the market for a new or used vehicle. More

He also filled it up with gas for us and fixed one minor issue we had with it. We never felt like we were being taken advantage of working with Bob at Glenn Auto. Great overall experience! More
