I have bought several cars from Mr. Hamblin in the past, and he has always provided exceptional service. I contacted him late in October to let him know what I was looking for; he had it two days later, and and he has always provided exceptional service. There were a few spots that needed touching up, and Mr. Hamblin agreed to have this taken care of. He was also very courteous in accepting my beat up trade-in. I have had my new car for about 6 weeks, and I am very happy with it. I will continue to do business with Glenn Auto Mall in the future. More

The only issue I have is that there is rust on the car and I had to take it to the infiniti dealer up here and they said that is probably not covered but they will get back with me. My experience with Glenn Auto Mall Pre-Owned was very good. I had recently been in an accident and needed to replace my car. She was very perceptive about my needs and preferences. Although we found the car quickly that I eventually bought, Shannon made other cars available to me to test drive. She negotiated fairly for additions I requested and explained certification to me. She stayed in touch with me over several days and kept accurate details in front of me when I had confusion over the plethora of models I had shopped online. Most impressive, Shannon did all of this running for me in snow and rain. She served my needs with positive enthusiasm rather than the pressure we expect from sales reps. I hope Shannon will be available when I need to make another purchase. I will certainly recommend her to family and friends.
