Very Happy Customer I have bought three cars over the years at Glenn Hyundai. Everyone I have dealt with has always been very courteous. Last week I bought a new 2013 Hy I have bought three cars over the years at Glenn Hyundai. Everyone I have dealt with has always been very courteous. Last week I bought a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. I began searching for SUVs on line. I was quite surprised to see the cost of new SUVs so I was looking for a newer used SUV than what I already had which was a 2004 Hyundai Santa Fe. Of course I went to the Glenn Hyundai web site. There was one used Santa Fe that I was interested in. So I entered my information to have someone contact me. Brett Zurcher contacted me. He was very friendly and not pushy which I liked. We end up discussing a few different SUVs they had on the lot. A few days went by before I could get to the dealership. So prior to going there I had some questions and concerns so I would text Brett. Brett answered every one of them and very quickly (even when he was off work). I felt like I was bugging him but he was always very polite in responding to me. At the dealership I did end up buying a new 2013 Hyundai Santa Fe. During the whole process Brett was very attentive, courteous, and honest about answering questions. He made sure that everything was handled very professionally. I didn't go through all the haggling over price (which is something I despise doing). The Santa Fe was already reduced and I received a few rebates. When I compared the price of the vehicle with the price on Edmunds.com, the dealership price was actually lower. Brett had no problem with me using the dealership computer to look up what info I needed. The others that I came in contact with - Sales Manager, Finance - were very polite and helpful. All my questions and concerns were addressed. Over the years that I have dealt with this dealership (even with service) everyone has been so friendly and courteous. I really do feel a close connection. All in all I would highly recommend Glenn Hyundai (or Glenn Automall) and especially Brett if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. I had seen the vehicle onl I recently purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the Glenn automall. I worked with Scott Keyland, and my experience was great. I had seen the vehicle online and started communicating with Scott via Email, he gave me a great price, I traveled 130 miles the next morning and purchased the 2010 Nissan Murano SL, Scott made the process very easy. Scott was extremely knowledgeable about the vehicle, was very quick to respond to questions and requests. Big Thanks to Scott! I also worked with Leonard Spencer in the Finance Department.
