I used to like- even referred a friend who bought a car there(and I co-signed her loan) I was satisfied with service department too .. Until my most recent encounter. Apparently the service department is there(and I co-signed her loan) I was satisfied with service department too .. Until my most recent encounter. Apparently the service department is gravely understaffed.. my vehicle was there for over 2 months. From what I was told a huge part of the repair delay was related to warranty approval delays… the mechanic had to spend literally hours on the phone on hold and then waiting for approval. I also tried to contact Chrysler related to concerns or to get resolution- also to No avail… The delays in the repair caused quite a bit of inconvenience and frustration. Sadly to the point that I will not take my car there again, nor will I buy my next van(Pacifica) there, nor will I refer anyone- I’m not just disappointed with Glen- I’m very disturbed by the amount of time Chrysler takes to honor/approve warranty work. I WILL not consider a Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep in the future. And my experience at Glen most recently has been nefarious to the point that I can’t return there for service. More

This was a first time “virtual” buying experience for me and I must say it was pleasant. Everything from negotiations and loan application to delivery of my new car; all online and all so convenient. Impressive turn around time on texting too (I made it clear I would not negotiate any other way and they obliged). Things I wasn’t impressed with? The car was not detailed, as you might expect a brand new car to be. There was mud on the interior door, steering wheel and plastic trim. The windows were excessively dirty and spotted. Other than that, I have no complaints and was satisfied with my buying experience. More
