Great until we were wrapping up the deal after 60 days later. Was promised an oil change, tire swap, detail, and a second key. They delivered the vehicle to Henderson, KY. It was detailed, the tires wer later. Was promised an oil change, tire swap, detail, and a second key. They delivered the vehicle to Henderson, KY. It was detailed, the tires were swapped with the wheels in them, supposed to have the vehicles original wheels in them, no oil change, no key. Today I am unable to drive the vehicle because the temporary tag has expired. It was good for 60 days. Didn't even mention to them that the tires were changed with the old wheels in them, or that the oil wasn't changed. Brought up the key several times. Was told I would get it. When the tag was close to running out I called, they made excuses as to why they couldn't get it done in 60 days. I mentioned the key again. They vehemently denied promising me a key. No key. I'm planning on trying to get a call in to the owner. If the owner monitors this page, I'd like to be sure you know how your business is being run. I know this is long.
