We sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment surrounding your visit.   At the time of your drive to our dealership, the vehicle was also being considered by another customer. When we learned you were already on your way, we did our best to communicate that the vehicle's availability would depend on the outcome of the other customer's financing approval. Unfortunately, that customer was approved and completed the purchase before we were able to assist you.   We understand the inconvenience of making the trip only to find the vehicle unavailable, especially when traveling with your family. While we were unable to change the outcome, Connor wanted to acknowledge your time and effort by covering the cost of your fuel.   We appreciate the opportunity to earn your business and regret that this experience did not meet your expectations.
