She had the most welcoming personality and made me feel like I was truly gonna get the help I was needing! I had a car to trade and I figured it might be kinda tough where as I just purchased it a year earlier.... but she assured me it wasn't gonna be an issue! She immediately got us some keys to take a test drive...hassle free! First time I've just been handed keys and said take it for a drive and we'll be taking a look at yours to expedite your experience! I loved it! Once we returned they were already pulling the deal together!! It was amazing! She got us a FANTASTIC deal when I didn't think I was even gonna be able to trade at all!! Finishing up with person for purchase paperwork was as little less than desired. I had asked multiple times that our New Ram 1500 be titled in WV as we were moving to WV the following week and was verified by salesman that this would be fine. Once in the closing/paperwork process the gentleman we were working with got kind of Huffy when I asked why it was being titled in Ohio not WV. He stated that " the salesman didn't know what he was talking about" when I had saw the salesman walkover to the guys in the finance area the day before and and came back with the response that it would be fine to title my truck in WV and transfer the tags from my old truck over to the new one instead of titling in Ohio were we currently resided. I was a little irritated with the fact that the finance guy basically through the salesman that we had a good experience with under the bus. Plus I will know have to go spend a couple hundred changing to WV. I still fill the Experience provided by the salesman Brent was Superior and out weighted the titling issue. More
