Dishonest Experience I contacted Amy in internet sales via car gurus. This lead me to a sales rep named Ryan. We texted back and forth for about two days prior to my visit I contacted Amy in internet sales via car gurus. This lead me to a sales rep named Ryan. We texted back and forth for about two days prior to my visit to the dealer. I express interest in two specific Jeep’s, both sent to me by Ryan via text. Eventually to told him I was coming in a Friday and was interested primary in the Trailhawk and also the blue renegade latitude. This was clear. I also expressed that I was driving 3 hours with my wife and two very small children. I again texted that Friday morning when we left and halfway through the trip. He said he would be there but may be with a client but would make sure someone helps us. We arrived and I was ushered out to look at three latitudes non of which I expressed interest in. The Trailhawk was sold “the night before.” This is interesting as it was still on car gurus and their website. And the other model I asked about is still listed and not available. He kept attempting to sale me what i did not want. He appears to have worked there for a few years so I suppose this kind of practice is sanctioned at this dealer. I was not offered a apology at any point. The only good thing I can say is at least his coworkers were kind to my son. He was barely friendly and lost interest as soon as I wasn’t going to buy. I am filing a complaint with the BBB and have transcripts of the phone messages. I assume Glockner, whoever that is or was got to be successful by treating customers with respect. He or she would have been disgusted. Avoid this place. They will attempt to sell you what you don’t want. Don’t trust the car selection. They have three latitudes 2018 in stock and this is not what is on there website nor car gurus. I bought a new 2017 Trailhawk from a competitor the same day. More

Smoothest buying experience in a long time. This dealership provided the easiest buying experience I’ve experienced in quite some time. I have bought and traded many cars over the years. However This dealership provided the easiest buying experience I’ve experienced in quite some time. I have bought and traded many cars over the years. However. Brent at Glockerner of Ashland was by far the least “pushy” salesman I’ve worked with. We went in under the premise of wanting a minivan for our family. We showed up at a quarter to two and we’re out before 5! The sales managers were extremely user friendly, I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone in the area looking for a new car. Be cognizant though, they observe a company wide “faith and family day.” So if you’re trying to buy on Sunday, you might have to wait to buy from them! 😊 More
