Used the chat feature on the website to find out what is in the $1995 "Desert Shield Package," but the chat bot/person could only ask for my number, "so a member of the sales team could reach out to me." When I asked them a third time they responded by giving me the sales phone number, which was already on the webpage I was on and stopped responding. Not sure why they have a $1995 add on with no explanation as to what it is. Tint? Ceramic coating? Spray on fabric protector? Paint protection film and door guards? More

Sales people were terrific BUT the service department wasn’t able to fix the issue of the recall on my 2025 Kicks. They obviously were not trained for it.
