I was the first customer that arrived in the service area. Since this was my first time here I parked in the stall not knowing that there is a specific line to wait in. I took my vehicle in to get a new key fob programed. I did not have an appointment so I expected to wait for a while. The "A while" lasted more than 5 hours. (An issue with contacting Nissan I was told). When I got my vehicle back Mr. Ortiz told me to compensate for my long delay they, Glory Nissan, was not going to charge me for the service--Wow. I appreciate the gesture and will definitely be doing business with them. More
