As a certified Nissan dealership, we always follow Nissan’s diagnostic guidelines, including performing a standard battery test to determine if the battery is the cause of the issue. If the battery had shown signs of failure during your visit, we absolutely would have recommended a replacement—as that’s not only our job but our commitment to your safety and satisfaction. That said, certain issues—such as intermittent battery drain or other electrical components—may not immediately present themselves during testing. It’s possible another issue may have been affecting the battery at the time, which can sometimes be difficult to detect without further symptoms. We’re a newly established dealership and take great pride in our team of certified Nissan technicians who specialize in accurate, system-based diagnostics. We're sorry we fell short of your expectations, and we would appreciate the chance to make it right or assist you further if needed. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention.
