I initially visited the dealership to browse used trucks, such as the Nissan Titan. On my first visit, a Saturday evening about two hours before closing, I was assisted by Korey. He was extremely friendly and helped me test drive a truck that evening. After the test drive, I went inside to discuss financing options with Alexander, a sales representative. While Alexander was friendly, I found that he was misinformed about several details regarding the truck I was interested in, such as the remaining warranty on the certified pre-owned vehicle. Additionally, I felt he wasn’t taking my inquiries seriously when I mentioned financial incentives to Joe, the sales manager. Since it was getting late, I decided not to pursue negotiations further that night. The following Monday, I returned to the dealership and was helped by Angie, another sales representative. This experience was markedly better. Angie went above and beyond to answer all my questions and concerns about the truck. When she didn’t have an immediate answer, she made sure to find out and kept me informed throughout. After our second test drive, we returned to discuss the numbers. Since Angie was relatively new to Nissan, she sought assistance from Joe, the sales manager. I must commend Joe for his transparency, respect, and straightforwardness. He showed me the numbers clearly, answered all my questions directly, and maintained professionalism throughout. Given my own assertive negotiation style—though I always remain respectful—I appreciated his fair and honest approach. Once we agreed on a price, Joe quickly and fairly appraised my trade-in. He documented everything thoroughly, ensuring there were no surprises in the buying process. The only downside of my experience was during the waiting period before going to financing. I asked if I could go home to clear out belongings from my current vehicle, as I wasn’t initially planning to buy that day—though Joe and Angie’s excellent offer changed my mind. I was advised to wait, as there was no line for financing and the process would be quick. However, I ended up waiting about two hours before heading to the financing department. Christina was very helpful and clear when explaining the various parts of the contract. In a few days, I will return to pick up some additional items for my truck—cup holders, a second set of keys, and floor mats—all complimentary from Joe. If you’re in the market for a vehicle, I highly recommend visiting Glory Nissan and asking for Angie, Joe, and Christina.
