I have a 2025 lease kia k5. Ive had it in the shop for several days at least 3 times to fix an issue with the drivers assistance feature. I paid Uber $125 to get a return ride because they can't provide a loaner vehicle. Ive been trying to get a loaner since June since they have been unable to fix the issue. I have no safety features and the drivers assistance warning flashes at least a dozen times each time I drive it. Collision warning pop up and it will even break the car. Service guys are super nice but this issue has been on going for almost a year now. Ive sent videos and pictures of the problems but they can't look at it unless I drop it off for days and I do not have another vehicle while its in the shop nor transportation to and from my job. The salesman who "sold" me the lease wasn't truthful, said I had 12k a year miles to use, once I checked KIA several months later I see it is 10k. I commute to work and I have gone way past this just as I was concerned. The finance guy sold me a 'policy ' he said would cover oil changes and mileage services but it covers nothing like that. It is an extended warranty that helps with nothing on a new car. I have one more appointment next month to fix the issue and if it isn't fixed I'll be contacting KIA directly and also looking into the lemon law. Again, everyone is super friendly but overall this last buying experience as well as how my issues are being handled has insured I'll be buying somewhere else. More
The service department manager is arrogant. We had an air conditioning leak from the factory. It took more than a year to leak. They failed to find it and filled it with dye. A little over a year later it was gone again and guess what just out of warranty. Bright spark couldn’t see the pattern of a slow leak that happened twice in roughly the same time period. They did not honor the warranty. Plus the Car was leaking into the cabin. The first repair didn’t work so a second trip was needed. The second repair didn’t work either because the fault was with the windshield and not the xx they came up with. More

Angel Veras at the front desk is very helpful, courteous, professional and has the attitude and projects the feeling he cares. I had a question and needed the maintenance light reset, he personally went out professional and has the attitude and projects the feeling he cares. I had a question and needed the maintenance light reset, he personally went out and got someone immediately to help me. My daughter and I both try to get Angel when having service accomplished. On another thought, the 3% added charge when paying with a credit card is somewhat discouraging, In fact, we have bought the Sportage and Telluride recently.
