With my most recent experience, they found a few things in my routine inspection that needed addressing. They offered to get me to and from a doctor’s appointment so I could get the repairs done, as it would have extended beyond the time I’d initially planned for - or I could schedule service later. I accepted the rides and got everything done. Brendon at the service desk also went out to be sure the car was vacuumed as thoroughly as I wanted and made sure it was done well. All communications were done with authentic friendly smiles. I recommend this dealer to friends all the time! More

Good service I came in for service on my 2019 Sorento (LOVE MY CAR) they didn’t take that long and the waiting room is nice. When I checked in I was offered to hav I came in for service on my 2019 Sorento (LOVE MY CAR) they didn’t take that long and the waiting room is nice. When I checked in I was offered to have my car washed and vacuumed so of course I agreed!! They did wash it but didn’t vacuum it out. A Great Shopping/Buying Experience!!! As the owner of a 2015 Kia Soul, I was looking to upgrade to a newer model of the same vehicle. I spent about a month doing some online price compari As the owner of a 2015 Kia Soul, I was looking to upgrade to a newer model of the same vehicle. I spent about a month doing some online price comparison between dealerships in the Portland metro area, but was unable to find the specific color and pricing that fit my tastes and budget. Enter Car Pros Kia (Tacoma). I saw that they had the specific car (2019 Kia Soul) I wanted and in the right color (Carribean Blue) at a price the was just right for my budget. I scheduled an appointment and made the 2.5 hours drive from Portland to Tacoma. I was greeted by Phyllip! He was professional, listened to my expressed concerns about an upgrade, and did his best to secure a fair rate on my trade-in. Despite a few minor snags related to the completion of interstate permits (I live in Portland, OR and was purchasing a vehicle in Tacoma, WA), Phyllip and the finance folks at Car Pros Kia (Tacoma) were terrific!!! I was home in no time flat and have already started receiving compliments and praise from neighbors on my 2019 Kia Soul.
