Dear Mr. Camastro I could not be more pleased with the recent purchase of my 2022 XT6 at Gold Coast! I had made my initial inquiry on line in response to an email that I received from Gold Coast which featured the car that I eventually bought. a woman named Holly responded promptly to my inquiry and got me in touch with someone who evaluated the range value of my 2012 SRX Trade in . The following day I called in person and I was pleasantly connected to Bob Foster who had sold us our previous Cadillacs! It was a pleasure to work with Bob again! He actually remembered us from our last purchase and said he wasn’t going to let me off the call before making a deal on a new car! The trade in value of my SRX sealed the deal and even then Bob called back with an additional GM discount to honor veterans. Bob remembered that my husband Bill has served in VietNam and informed us of the $1000 off if we sent in a copy of his honorable discharge. ( subsequently I wrote a letter to GM complimenting them on their generous acknowledgment of Veterans. That was what separates GM from other car manufacturers!) So within a few days the new car was delivered and Bob spent time making sure that I understood how to operate all of the new features! He and Dave even expedited the signing so that Bill could make it down the Parkway for the 6 pm ferry to Cape May. I love my new car and the especially the personal prompt efficient attendance to our purchase.. I want to especially compliment Bob Foster who continues represent Gold Coast with the highest standard of professional and personal attention. Unfortunately we don’t purchase cars very often, however, I commit to always calling Gold Coast and recommending Gold Coast to any of my friends who are looking to purchase a luxury car from a premier dealership!
